Every year, FLAG Con is made possible by the dedication and hard work of volunteer committee members who work behind the scenes to manage all of the logistics and operational concerns of a full-weekend gaming event. While FLAG Con takes place in November, our committee is working hard year-round. And of course, FLAG Con also depends on the support of the surrounding gaming community!

Augusto Facchini
A long-time fan of gaming conventions, Augusto joined FLAG Con in 2023 with the goal of helping to bring the wonder, magic, and excitement of a con experience to Ithaca, NY. Augusto also volunteers as an organizer for Ithaca Dungeons & Dragons, a local TTRPG club! His primary interest is how gaming together can foster community and fellowship.

Woody is an extra-extrovert who loves board games because it's a way to meet and connect with people. They enjoy playing and teaching light and medium board games to all ages, and are quickly becoming a fan of TTRPG's. They will talk your ear off about movies, books, and probably invite you to sit down and learn how to play Abducktion.
